1. Get healthy. (lack of motivation is the biggest weakness)
2. Get more excerise in. (I do alot of walking but its not enough I feel
3. Eat more veggeies and fruits.( I love them but sometimes dont know how to prepare them so my kids would eat them)
4. Try to get my husband to join in( my husband is the last person in the world whos into eating healthy, so gotta get him involved)
5. Get my kids into healthy eating and learning the importance of healthy living
